Payment Options
Due to the online nature of our business, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. We're sorry, but we are not able to accept checks or money orders for payment at this time.
International customers should note that all prices quoted are U.S. dollars, so the bank that owns your credit card must support payment in this manner. You'll be charged according to the prevailing exchange rate on the day that your bank posts the transaction.Change of Order Policy
Orders are filled at our warehouse several times daily. If your order was recently submitted it may be possible for us to catch your order before it is filled so that we can modify or cancel it.
Again, we try to fill orders promptly, so it may not be possible to modify or cancel your order after it is submitted. You can always return any item with which you are not satisfiedOur Return Policy
Boyntonsongs.com will accept returns of books and unopened music with a valid receipt, within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in resaleable condition. CD or cassette returns will be accepted only if unopened or defective (broken tape cassette will not be accepted). We will replace defective items with a new copy of the same item.

Boyntonsongs.com cannot pay for return shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error. All returns, including any credits applied for return shipping charges, will be credited to your Mastercard, Visa, or American Express card. We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10 business days. Although we issue the credit as quickly as possible, please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your billing statement, depending upon how quickly your bank processes the credit.Shipping
We currently offer USPS Priority Mail which delivers anywhere in the US in one to three days, or USPS Express Mail for overnight delivery. For international orders, there is USPS Global Priority, which can deliver to most places in four to seven days, depending on the efficiency of each country's postal system. We currently are not offering any express options for international orders.Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders shipped to Pennsylvania in which BoyntonSongs has operations.
Customs Charges
We are required by law to note that the contents of international packages contain books, or music and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. Customs charges will be levied when the package reaches your country. Boyntonsongs.com is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
